CANCELATION POLICY:

Should the client need to cancel, it is important to let the artist know as soon as possible. In the event that a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Should the client cancel less than 24 hours, the entire cost of the appointment will be required. 

LATE FEE:

$25 late fee after 5 minutes. If tardiness exceeds 15 minutes the appointment is canceled and the entire appointment price is due in full.

DEPOSIT:

All appointments require a deposit to hold a date/time. Bridal clients require both a deposit and signed contract to hold a date/time. Deposits are nonrefundable/nontransferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a deposit is received.

PARKING: 

If there is a fee associated with parking at the venue, this will be the sole responsibility of the client and considered a part of the travel fee. Travel is generated by a per-mile basis at a cost of $0.75 per mile round trip. If airfare is required, the cost of all travel expenses are to be included in the overall cost. 

MISC.

Should the client have any allergies, it is important to let the artist know ahead of time. Should the client want a more advanced look, it is important to let the artist know ahead of time. Prices are variable and subject to change. In the event that the client desires more intense looks (i.e. extra volume lashes, gold under eye treatments, etc.) the original quote for the appointment may increase.
